They showed up when they said they would, got everything done without any issues, and didn’t make it a big ordeal. Everything’s working great and the house is finally cool again.

I’ve been a customer of Lane’s for several years and recommend them whenever I can. Today was my yearly tune up and once again service was excellent. Kaydon was my technician today and and I have to give credit where credit is due. He was very professional, kind, and took care of every detail to keep my a/c running smooth. Our old HVAC system was struggling, so we had it fully replaced. The technicians explained everything clearly and helped us choose a system suited for our home size. Installation took about a day, and they tested everything before leaving. Compared to before, airflow is more consistent, and the system runs quieter. The temperature throughout the house feels balanced now. It’s a major upgrade that made an immediate difference in comfort.
