My husband got his hair cut and when he showed the stylist what he wanted she complained to the stylist next to her saying that she already just did that haircut to someone else. He was comfortable with that style because he knew he liked it, but the lady who did it that way before was not available. So she disregarded what he wanted. And when he asked to go shorter where his part was she told him no because it would not look good, even though that was what he had gotten the time before. And then instead of asking if he was comfortable with her putting any kind of product in his hair, she just went for it. My husband was very upset with his experience, but didn’t wanna cause a scene or anything in the shop with all the customers inside. He still even tipped her after his experience because he did not want to be rude.

Stylists' skills are great, but beware the APPOINTMENT SYSTEM SUCKS. You're better off going somewhere else honestly, unless you have an entire afternoon to let someone waste.

On top of the nightmarish scheduling and wait-times, SEVERAL stylists badmouthed and gossiped snidely about their paying clients after they left, in front of other clients, which is wholly unprofessional. No class to be found here.

What's the point of making an appointment at a SPECIFIC time, with the option labeled 'First Avalable Stylist', have that appt accepted by a stylist, only for that appointment time to be completely ignored when we show up??? My husband waited over an HOUR past the appointment time he scheduled just to get into a chair. I know it was over an hour because I was waiting the entire time as well, despite the stylist arguing with him about how long he had been waiting.
Walk-In after walk-in got taken care of before him.
It's like we made an appt just to be handled like a walk-in. Make it make sense.

Do yourself a favor. Find a barber.

Check how much your barber charges. Some charge more than the $28 that is listed at check in.

A little attitude with a Great cut!

Very high priced haircut place, they overbook reservations which overloads the waiting area. I do not think they understand what a reservation is really used for. Don't forget your credit card, you will need it when they surprise you at the end with the tab.

My son was very satisfied with his cut. Tay did a great job!
