I am here waiting for about 12 mins now for my iPad to get a screen protector. It's taking more time to get it install them buying a installing for Best Buy to do it themselves. I do t recommend Best Buy in this Store putting on a screen protector. The service isn't good here. In another Best Buy they would have it done already. I am not shopping here again

need more SKILLED technicians. Ok so I purchased a Viper remote start alarm system for my 2014 Toyota Tundra and brought it to the Geek Squad to have installed. When I got there the tech told me it would be about an hour and half wait. After an hour and a half the tech came out and told me that it would be another 2 hours because my truck had after market parts and they were unable to get the remote start to work, I waited another 2 hours, after that I was told they were contacting the technical support for assistance and it would be another hour or so before my alarm would be installed.
