Unless you have basic issues like help with facebook or some viruses don't bother. I went for a hardware diagonstics after a fresh install of windows didn't work. They decided to do another fresh install of windows, they couldn't download the windows update and had called me to tell them what worked for me, and then they couldn't download the graphics driver like I was able to do. Complete waste of time and money. The computer was at a less usable state after going to them. I won't say the service is awful because I'm sure if you use them to get rid of viruses or help you reset your password they're wonderful but for actual hardware issues avoid them.

need more SKILLED technicians. Ok so I purchased a Viper remote start alarm system for my 2014 Toyota Tundra and brought it to the Geek Squad to have installed. When I got there the tech told me it would be about an hour and half wait. After an hour and a half the tech came out and told me that it would be another 2 hours because my truck had after market parts and they were unable to get the remote start to work, I waited another 2 hours, after that I was told they were contacting the technical support for assistance and it would be another hour or so before my alarm would be installed.
