Based on the reviews, Burgard Plumbing, LLC provides excellent quality work and outstanding service. Setting up an appointment is very easy, and the receptionist is very helpful and pleasant. The technicians are extremely detailed and professional, explaining everything upfront and making customers feel very comfortable. They are professional and courteous, delivering more than expectations. The team takes the time to explain, document, and recommend better ways to get the job done. Their plumbing has been perfect with no issues, even years after the work was completed. They responded quickly even though a holiday. The staff is always so nice and willing to help, making sure to get a tech out as soon as possible. The work is done to satisfaction, and the technicians complete work in a timely manner. Overall, they get the job done in a way that makes customers feel like they got the best service and installation possible. Highly recommended.
We replaced a standard bathtub with a handicap-accessible shower, and Ross and his team did a fantastic job. Ross worked closely with me throughout the process to make sure everything met our needs and functioned as well as possible. He was always kind, professional, and easy to work with. His work ethic, integrity, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were outstanding. I truly appreciated his commitment to getting the job done right. I would absolutely recommend Ross and his team for any plumbing or bathroom remodeling needs.
Called Burgard to come scope my line with a camera to make sure everything was clean. Setting up an appointment was very easy. Mr. Gauge and Mr. Telly came over to run the camera in my sewage line. They were extremely detailed and professional. Explained everything upfront. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and gave me steps to repair the problem going forward. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.
We partnered with Burgard for our initial build out of our 35000 square foot facility in 2023, they did all of our plumbing and drainage, did a very professional job and we are happy with everything that they performed.
They broke up concrete, installed sub-slab piping and new plumbing for our facility, plumbed our commercial kitchen and bathrooms.
Writing this review 3 years after the work was completed, their plumbing has been perfect with no issues. I even called on them for my home plumbing I was so impressed!
