They did AMAZING with my 9 year old baby girl who had two mammary tumors and getting spayed. They even complimentary cut her nails and painted them purple during surgery🥹 She was treated so amazing by staff and Doctor, I just love this place so so so much. The doctors are great. The rest of the staff has no clue what is going on. Everyone had two months to prep for a surgery and on the day of the surgery they start asking for records, vaccines, and everything that should’ve been asked for and looked at the first day she was seen. After making this known to the two ladies at the front desk, I was then told to leave and not come back. This is after I said I was going to get the paperwork because they didn’t know what was going on. Do not use this place if you want your dog to live.

This place is amazing! We have 2 rescues, and they love everyone at the clinic. One of our puppies, Luna, has had to be sedated at every vet we've taken her to until we took her here. They treat her with such care that she's no longer scared of vet visits. Trusting Pet Care Animal Hospital in Haughton with your fur babies would be a decision that you will never regret! I’ve boarded both of my dogs here in the past, so when our current veterinary office kept delaying answers and pushing off appointments for weeks, I decided to bring my boy here for care. We always had a great experience with boarding, and this visit exceeded all expectations—WOW! For the first time in the five months we’ve been trying to address my dog’s issues, I finally felt heard. More importantly, it felt like someone truly cared about my dog—not just another number on a chart. Every step of the way was an exceptional experience, from checking in, meeting with the team of techs, down to the doctor!
The experience only got better. While reviewing my itemized receipt at checkout, I realized the doctor we saw today was someone very familiar. Years ago, we met a vet who instantly stood out—she made my dogs feel at ease and clearly had a deep love for animals. We were heartbroken when she left our former clinic. Imagine our surprise when we realized it was her—Dr. Kinnebrew!
Dr. Kinnebrew (and the entire PetCare team), we absolutely adore you and are beyond thrilled to have found you again. Thank you for the care, compassion, and connection you bring. We look forward to many more visits with you in the future!
