This is the BEST dentistry I've ever been too! All the staffs are so professional and friendly. Tuyết took care of me today and I admits she's very good at what she does. She's also made me feel comfortable and not nervous like when I first walked in. I'll definitely come back!
So I was looking for a great dentist over the westbank because I was sick and tired of the disappointments over the dentists over Metairie. Someone suggested Dr. Vinh so I went to him. I'm so glad they did. People in the front was nice and Dr. VinH was so friendly and warmhearted. He was gentle on my fillings and he was very welcoming and asked about your life etc. He's not like the rest who just don't care. Also, his pricing is the lowest I've seen it. I would definitely recommend him.
So before I begin to start my review on the service and staff I want to clearly state that this has nothing to do with me being of the same nationality as the staff here, I write my reviews based on real experience (facts.) The staff here truly is wonderful and very accommodating, from the office manager (who is also the receptionist) to the the dental assistants. They're all very friendly and professional. The main dentist, Dr. Vinh, has established himself here for a real long time and has a lot of experience. He's very informative, gives you options after taking a thorough examination of your x-rays, and makes sure you have thorough explanation on what they're going to be doing before operating on you. I came here wanting to get a deep cleaning, but he made sure I got my fillings corrected from the last dentist, which was from a month ago. Although I didn't get my deep cleaning yet, I feel safe knowing he recommends and does what is best for my teeth! Dr. Vinh is truly a great dentist and doesn't just toss you to the side as if you're unimportant like some dentists when they're gone he's very caring and represents what a real dentist should be. Even though I have to drive all the way from the east of New Orleans just to get my teeth done, he's well worth the drive because, I get what I pay for and professionally with much care!
