❌ Terrible service, I did my toenails and they left them horrible, they didn't even put gelish on them and the design on my hands fell off the next day, plus it's very dirty and they don't put a bag in the pedicure tubs, The ladies were very rude, they wanted me to pay them with cash and if not, I had to go to the bank for it, I also put on eyelashes and they ruined mine, they use a very old technique and they fill you with glue and stick them on your eyelid, I had to go I went to another room to take them off, they looked very bad, and the room was all dirty and the bed where they lay you down, plus the lady kept talking bad about people, very disappointed in the treatment and the service.

Terrible eyebrow threading. Little to no consultation, eyebrows came out uneven, was heavy handed and was not receptive to feedback or showing me the progress. We agreed on thick eyebrows and my eyebrows ended up looking as thin as a pencil with terrible uneven arches.

The older eyebrow lady is racist. I listened to her bash black women for 10 minutes, getting my brows waxed. You should have seen the way she stopped and gasped and looked at when I told her I was black myself! She thought I was French! SMH! On top of the crooked eyebrows! Which she plucked at for 5 minutes trying to fix! Horrible experience! Never going back!

I called on the phone to get the price of an acrylic refill. I was told $15+. When I walked in it seemed to be an Asian only salon. I was asked what I needed. I said refill. Everyone, customers included all just looked at me in silence. I immediately felt uncomfortable. Even the person that asked. I'm assuming she was the owner or lead. She put her head down and finished her client's hair. Then she walked over looked at my hands and said your refill $20 and walked away. I said thank you and walked out. Everything about that encounter was horrible. I didn't leave the parking lot until I completed this review.
