Mr. Rickey was very professional, very informative. He made sure I had complete understanding on what was the issue and offered solutions to fix the issue. If I can give him a 10 star rating I would.
I had a GREAT experience with Andy Bollinger this morning. He came and fixed a recurring leak and also took a look at some more plumbing things I had going on. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He also cares very much about doing things the correct and safe way and I really appreciate that. I will be getting some work done soon and will most certainly be requesting Andy for the job. Y’all are lucky to have him!
