I've had a positive experience with Express. They are highly responsive and attentive to my calls. Except on weekends you can typically get same or next day service, which is always beneficial when trying to get your home properly cooled. Thank you for the exceptional service!

I think we have had this company solve several different issues for us now. Every time I have been so pleased with their kindness and the work they do. Today especially. We have a 3 month old and our a/c went out. He was super fussy and they were able to squeeze us into their schedule and I could not be more thankful. Good people and good business. 10/10 recommend. The company kept me updated and was very responsive. The technician Josh let me know the ETA when he was in route. Josh had the part on the truck and was very professional and friendly. Repair was completed 1st trip. Very pleased.
