“Kenneth and Keith were awesome. I had 2 outlets and a dimmer switch that were intermittently working. They worked through the wiring to find the causes, and found it was not the outlet I thought it was but one down from it since they were wired continuously being a Mitchell Home from the 80's. They were on time and charged a very fair price. Will definitely be using them again.“

On time, great communication, a fast thinker and problem solver. When I work night shifts, I can’t repair things like I want to. James came over and replaced my hot water heater like it was nothing. Hot water heaters can be a big mess to replace and my house stayed clean, because James cleaned it up. He didn’t have to do that, but he goes the extra mile to please his customers. “I had a recent a/c problem ( or so I thought). The a/c repair man said the breaker was bad. So I called Mr. Sparky because I used them once many years ago and felt I was treated fairly.

Chad showed up the same day within hours of calling the office. This super polite gentleman diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It wasn't the breaker, so he put the old one back in. There was an old line in the yard shorting everything out. He terminated the line and put everything back as it was . Now this is the kicker, all done for $59. No one tried to up sell me or tell me I needed anything unnecessary. For this alone I would have paid twice this much. I would recommend these people to anyone.“
