I came here 1.7.26 to receive 5 services, full arm, full back, full stomach, underarm, and full leg from Whitney. Whitney was great! She started off with my underarms, which went well. She then started with my stomach, she informed me it would be a different wax because of their new policy. This other wax was on a stick, a roll on. They roll the wax on, put down paper, and ripped it off. As the wax is being applied, it pulls your hair one way (feel like sticky warm honey). Hands down the most horrible pain I’ve experienced. I had to stop her mid service so that I could take a breather. I asked her if we could switch back to the other wax that she used for my underarms, and she told me she would ask. I could hear Whitney advocating for me and expressing to the manager/owner my pain through the thin walls, but the owner/manager was not budging. She told Whitney that if I wanted to use the other wax, I would have to pay double for all of my services, Whitney came back and told me the news, in which I heard through the walls. I stomached the rest of the stomach wax, paid for the two services I received, and canceled the rest. Shame on Bella Brazilian for putting their customers through this. Unacceptable, inhumane, and pitiful treatment. I have been getting waxed for 8 years and have never felt that pain before and a service should not feel discomforting, cheaper quality isn’t better.

Lisa!!!!! Is everything I could ask for in an esthetician. She is honest, knowledgeable and efficient. She’s a straight shooter and will give you a realistic plan for healthy skin while feeling your best. I love how realistic she is! There are times I skipped waxing for months and after a 2-3 sessions I’m back on track? She makes great product recommendations too! Appointments are best if you want to see her! Her slots go fast.

I had such a great experience with Lisa at Bella Brazilian! She is incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Her attention to detail is amazing, and she works efficiently while still being gentle. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I go to Lisa to regularly get waxed. Lisa is very gentle, comforting, and knowledgeable. Not only does she do a great job and is meticulous, she cares about my after care and makes sure I know what to do and what not to do. I recommend her a lot!!

I travel back and forth from Baton Rouge and Harvey all the time and am making Lisa my only waxer. She’s thorough and takes her time to make sure I’m comfortable. She is meticulous and gets me smooth and hair free each time. Lisa truly works wonders because I know how tricky my hair is!

After having subpar experiences with Brazilian waxes in general, I was nervous to try again. However, Lisa helped me get over those past experiences. She was very patient and sweet, and she is particular about making sure there isn't hair left. One of the worst things about waxing for me used to be tweezing, as people would always pinch me, but I have never been pinched by Lisa! She makes sure to keep me comfortable. I fully believe she does what she thinks is best for the client (such as how quick or slow she goes, waxing pattern, etc.) & also is great with talking you through the experience and giving advice for aftercare. I appreciate her every time I get waxed & I'm not nervous about Brazilian waxes anymore!

I’m a long time customer of Bella Brazilian in Harvey. My person has always been Maria who is older, thorough and care for her customers . She’s now retired and January I tried Lisa. Lisa was very kind and sweet but I had so much hair from the front to the back when I got home. Today I tried Aaliyah….OMG… Aaliyah was in a rush. I was in and out in 5-10 minutes, so just imagine what I went through and how she was NOT thorough . First of all she burned me, then she was really rough and I had to tell her that the wax was hot and she’s rough. She appeared to not give a damn which definitely could’ve turn out bad. After I was done and I checked myself prior to leaving the room, I had wax and hair everywhere . I didn’t want her to touch me again so I didn’t tell her anything. I was really confused , she didn’t smile , she didn’t say anything, she wasn’t at all friendly she just started rushing through the process. I also really didn’t understand why she was rushing due to her taking me early and of course she finished extra early. I was furious when I left there. I had to inform the front desk receptionist about my last two visits.
