Her appointment portal for first time customers is something every Hair dresser should have it’s like she knew my hair before even seeing it. Kristen explains everything to you in detail. She is Honest knowledgeable and professional. I left out of the salon looking 20 years younger. My hair is so easy to manage, very little effort needed on my end and my hair still looks great. I’m not good with change so I tried to find a reason not to like it. I COULDN’T. I have gone back to her five times already and I make sure I book my next appointment before I leave the salon.
