Great group to work with. Everything done electronically and very quickly. Even in this busy market I could have closed in 30 days which major banks can’t do right now. Competitive rates, very reasonable closing costs and fees. My local banker wanted $7,000 in closing costs and fees, AHL was $2500, it pays to shop around. Periodic auto reminders and automated checklists that make getting documents uploaded easy as taking a photo with your phone and hit upload. And even with all the high tech if you just need to discuss with a person they are a call or email away with a personal reply. They work even on Sundays and they were a great find suggested by my realtor.... read full review
