Love Crescent AC! They are so quick to come out. They had to replace my upstairs unit in April and were able to turn it around really quickly. I called yesterday afternoon because I realized my downstairs unit was on the fritz. Brian came out first thing this morning and was able to fix it!! These are most wonderful AC people I have ever done business with. I have now used them twice and both times they took care of me quickly very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The first time was replacing one of our units outside and the second time was replacing the fan motor in our old unit. These people are the best from answering the phone to the technician coming out everything is first class. The technicians at Crescent AC and Heating provided exceptional professionalism, answering my HVAC Repair questions patiently and completing the work with precision.Throughout the whole process, the company's prompt and courteous staff impressed me with their professionalism.
