We had a great experience with Crescent AC and Heating. After working with two of the bigger HVAC companies in the area, this is the first company we’ve truly felt comfortable with and plan to keep using.
We’ve had them come out twice. Brian quickly diagnosed the issue with our mini-split, explained everything clearly, and charged a fair price. Most importantly, he didn’t immediately try to sell us a completely new unit like other companies had.
