I wanted to share some feedback regarding a recent purchase. The assistant manager informed me that a registration card would be included with the Shark Flex blow dryer, but I did not find one in the box. I believe it would be beneficial to relay this information to your customers and all Ulta employees, especially given the product's price of $350 before tax. They can register online for an extended warranty. Perhaps you could consider printing this information and providing it with the Shark Flex to enhance customer service. Brooklyn was so helpful in recommending products for gifts for my niece and helping me find a new foundation. She was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable about what was popular with younger teenagers.

They carry a lot of brands I never heard of in the makeup line. The tried and true brands like L'Oreal, Maybelline, Cover Girl etc had a small area between 4-6 ft of product. Medium prices to very expensive. Overall the store was very neat and clean.
