Overall very pleased with my new roof. The prompt and continuous communication and attention to detail was excellent. We've now had several days of heavy rain and no issues!! Highly recommend.
After making the decision that it was time to replace the roof on our house and backyard storage building, I began to get bids from local reputable roofing companies. Out of all the companies who provided bids, Brian Ballard with Louisiana Roof Crafters was by far the most thorough, patient, and informative rep during the bid process. We thought we might have had some leaks in our roof so we contacted Josh at Louisiana Roof Crafters. They responded in a timely manner inspected both our roof and gutters and found that every thing was in order with no leaks found. However he did let us know that in a couple of years we would need to look at replacing our roof. I appreciate his honesty because I feel a lot of roofing company's would have just sold us a new roof right then even though we didn't need it. I can also tell you in a couple of years when we do go to replace our roof and
