I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had no wait time, the lady at the desk was able to verify my insurance when others had problems doing so, the young lady that conducted my test was warm, kind, understanding, and very professional. Everyone in the office was so nice and polite. I was immediately at ease.
I took my aunt for her appointment. When I asked for a wheelchair, the nurse came out to the car, and pushed her in. All the staff were very courteous. The doctor listened to my aunt's concerns and requests, and put her mind at ease.
