Raven was extremely rude and disrespectful to my partner. Someone working in the salon/cosmetics industry should be uplifting. She was extremely judgemental and I do not recommend her services.

I can’t say enough about this place! I scheduled a massage with Steven after being referred to him from a friend. I’m so glad I did. The room was inviting and it made me feel very comfortable. I left there feeling like a brand new man. 5 stars to this hidden gem of a place!

I treated myself to a massage for my birthday. It was last minute & I was fortunate to get in with Steven. He was very professional & did a wonderful job giving me a relaxing experience.

I went in for a pixy cut and told the lady my hair is very curly please do not cut it to short as it will shrink up she continued to cut it to my jaw line and completely straight all the way around it now looks like a bowl cut when wet and when dry I look like Richard Simmons.. I left crying and I am getting married in October this year when I told her I did not like it she told me it's hair it will grow back I also mentioned I could not have children and she proceeded to ask me when I would have children I have never felt so disrespectful and uncomfortable in my life I will now have to go get a wig or exstentions to fix this before my big day

Im very disappointed in the response I received from customer service. I had a severe allergic reaction to a product that was used while they applied the lash extensions. I went on vacation right after the service and my eyes were swollen almost completely shut. I contacted them and sent pictures immediately, and just as a common courtesy as a customer of theirs I asked if I could have a credit towards any other service for the inconvenience since my eyes were swollen on vacation. I contacted management and was told there was nothing they could do. I’m sure there was something they could do if they wanted to for the money I paid, they just don’t care about my business, so I definitely will NEVER support this business again.

Best spa and ONLY of its caliber in Hammond. There is no other place around that has a completely immersive spa experience. I recommend adding lunch to enjoy after a massage. I will continue to enjoy the amenities here for years to come
