Overall, I am pretty pleased with the service. I was ordering flowers for somebody in LA from ME, and she is thrilled with the arrangement. What we were both less than pleased with, however, was the fact that despite my instructions to leave the flowers with the front desk, the delivery person went further into the place of business which caused an interruption to the service that was being provided. I hoped to avoid this. The flowers are great, but I hope the next delivery will go a bit smoother!

The staff is amazing. I placed the order online and received a call when they were delivered. The recipient didn't see the delivery. I called them and they acted quickly with no hesitation. This is the kind of service I like to receive!!! Thank you so much!!
