Arrow should set the bar with employees like Beth in scheduling and Tech Allan who installs the Sentricon baiting system. It’s always a pleasure dealing with the employees who work for Arrow. Beth went above and beyond with explaining and eventually selling and scheduling my appointment. Allan my Tech, was very attentive with my questions and completed the task within that 2 hr time frame. Both Beth and Allan I think are valuable assets with Arrow.
Misty has done such an amazing job inside and outside of my home making sure all the pests are gone or stay away from my property. She is very personable and professional and I highly recommend her as your pest control tech.
When we bought the house we inherited a termite contract with Arrow. I have been impressed with their service. They keep in contact about the schedule and have online options for bill pay. Chris C was just out and he was super friendly and gave advice on an issue he wasn't treating.
