I have used this company a few times in the past and they were good and did what they supposed to do. Until my recent service from American Do All, I was very disappointed and wasted my money hiring them. The plumber who rendered the service was polite and seemed to be a nice guy. However I don't really think he's a good plumber for my money. He left the incomplete job in my hands and now I have to call another plumbing company to finish the rest in order to avoid more issues. Never again using American Do All!
Spoke to an employee about a Service call - he said $90 to show up, then whatever parts needed & time to install - He replaced 3 Fill Valves in 3 toilets - took about 30 mins of less - local planning supply places sells them to him for $12.99 each ( Coburns ) I'm thinking double markup & 1/2 hr labor - I leave for an errand & he gives my wife a $285 Bill - unbelievable- never again - price gouging at its finest ! More like American Screw all. Will never call them again for anything EVER !
After calling eleven plumbers, of which only 2 called me back, I called American Do-All and they set an appointment on the spot. I was in need of getting a water heater installed that day as the weather was going to be bad by the next day and the installation was in an outside closet. Also, I had only sponged bathed the knight before and really was in need to get hot water!!!! I need to also add, one of the componies that called back indicated an $800.00 fee. Of course being at least $400.00 over priced. However, that will be another review to wright.
