We were referred to this Vet office from our Austin Vet office. That was in 2022; it is now 2025, and we could not be any happier. We have a Siberian Husky and a German Shepard. The office staff is absolutely amazing and very prompt in responding to emails and phone calls. I cannot think of a time when I called for an urgent visit that the office squeezed us in within 24 hours. Not emergent since it is not a pet emergency facility, but they do have relationships with several emergency locations on the East and West Bank. We are so grateful to everyone who took such great care of Jaycey while we were away for 5 days. She is nervous, especially when she is not with her family. Besides that, she is battling health issues that Dr. Vichot is on top of.
However, when I picked her up and brought her home, she was happy and we could tell that she had been very well cared for. Thank you so much for making her feel at home.

I’m so happy I found Westside Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Daniel Vichot and his amazing team took such wonderful care of my dog Pocko. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and very professional.
They were gentle with Pocko and explained every step of the examination and treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and you can feel how much they genuinely care about animals.
