Tiger-Rock Westbank, Inc. is a Taekwondo school with a long history. The instructors are phenomenal, very knowledgeable, and respectful. They know all the kids and work well with them in a safe environment. Students learn self defense, self discipline, and respect. The atmosphere is friendly but competitive, pushing students to be better physically and mentally. Many have fond memories of training and tournaments here. It is a school that students love and that comes highly recommended.
Our kids loved the instructors, the martial arts and the challenge of belting up. They have learned valuable skills, been challenged and grown tremendously from Tiger Rock! We’re so thankful for the Staff and Organization! Highly recommended!
I remember when it was called art monroe taekwondo plus, it still set up same way best memories I have as a child was here in this building. so I'm sure if it's like back then I strongly suggest it, learned self defense, self discipline and respect. Hated leaving wanna find somewhere locally where I am now so I can start training over and possibly go further than my 3rd degree black belt. Personally I loved the tournaments they had for us and loved my instructors so much man the 90's was amazing in this building
The leaders work well with the kids and keep a safe environment. My child has learned a lot in the time he has been there. Everyone is friendly but the atmosphere is competitive and they make the students work. My son loves this school and I enjoy them pushing him to be better physically and mentally. Would definitely recommend this school to anyone.
