I would recommend Southern Skin to anyone. It is always a pleasant experience. The staff is always so kind and professional and Alisha explains everything and is very knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic experience at Southern Skin City Med Spa for my laser hair removal treatment. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming and attentive. Alisha Cannon, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. Before my treatment, Miss Gail, the office manager, went over all of the package deals with me. She was so helpful and patient, making it easy to choose the option that best fit my needs. The prices were already great, and they also had amazing specials for the holiday season, which was a huge bonus. My laser procedure was performed by Katie, who was wonderful. She offered numbing beforehand and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. She explained each step clearly and checked in often to ensure I was doing well. The spa itself is clean, inviting, and very well organized. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I highly recommend Southern Skin City Med Spa to anyone considering laser hair removal. Great staff, great service, and excellent value — I couldn’t be happier with my experience!

I’ve been coming to Alisha for easily a decade at this point. She’s always been courteous and polite. Ms. Gail is an absoulte doll as well, always taking care of me before/after my servies. My Botox is always on point and beautiful afterwards. I couldn’t recommend her & Southern Skin City more!
