“If you are struggling with an injury, have a history of being injury prone, or just in general need help with your running, then do yourself a favor and go see RT at the Stride Shop. I cannot recommend him highly enough. After years of dealing with recurring muscle and tendon injuries and undergoing various PT rehab programs, I booked an appointment with RT based on feedback from several of my running friends.

He didn’t just ask where I was hurting and focus on healing that area. He performed a full assessment of my running form, range of motion, and strength. He identified the underlying causes of my injuries and gave me a specific program of exercises to address them.

He made sure I knew how to do all the exercises correctly, and patiently answered my hundreds of nerd questions. After 3 months of consistently following his guidance I am feeling 100% and running better than I have in many years.
