JCPenney definitely is my favorite department store in any mall; however I must extend praise of outstanding customer service to Cheleatha. Shopping and coordinating something for a special event, right before I checked out I asked for her personal opinion and expertise. She was willing and welcoming to provide stellar customer service. She knew the store, product.knowledge of departments and had care and service with compassion. Although I fully circled the store and yet did not purchase anything (this trip), I was greeted in every department visited. Customer service is alive and well at JC Penny. The store was clean, orderly with a nice layout. I got a lot of ideas for the upcoming holiday season.
