Mr. Ervin Guillot has been my barer for a decade. This is a REAL traditional BARBER SHOP, not a "studio", "hair designer", "hair-cutter", or beautician. A real BARBER, and a vrais-Cajun one at that! Mr. Guillot does traditional haircuts of all styles. He offers other typical "barber" services, too. Women't haircuts, too. Ervin is quite a genuine "characteur" and a real Cajun, from Pierre Part, Louisiana, on the eastern edges of our great Atchafalaya Swamp. He has at least one corny joke per customer.
