If there was an option for no stars that's what I would have chosen. This place is off the chain bad. DO NOT GO. They have the rudest most uncaring staff. The one good provider just went on maternity leave. I went to pickup my meds as usual first I was told the appointment was at the other end. Then they told me the provider was gone for day despite my appointment. They send in another person who had absolutely no clue what she was doing. I left without meds. This is not the 1st time there was an issue with my meds. One time it was missing a pen. From the information available online, it appears that these are not board certified dermatologists. If you have a condition that you are worried about, PLEASE seek evaluation and treatment of a real board certified dermatologist.

Let me begin by say that I absolutely love Dr. Henderson. She is everything you could want from a doctor: caring, understanding, and compassionate. Unfortunately, I moved and had to find another dermatologist. My current dermatologist is trying to gain access to my medical records so that I can continue with my medication, but apparently Dimitri Dermatology's policy is to charge the patient AND new dermatologist a FEE for those copies of my medical records. This is the first time that my dermatologist or I have ever encountered this (and I've been to multiple dermatology offices). Just a warning if you decide to visit with their dermatology offices.
