Dr. Ponder and Mimi have been helping patients with migraines and neck pain for years, receiving high praise for their services. The staff, including Dr. Friedman, are commended for their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to listen and answer questions. New patients, including those dealing with tremors resulting from auto accidents, can expect to be treated with respect and care as they seek answers and solutions for their health concerns.
The entire staff is excellent. They’ve worked with me to ease my low back and neck pain through non‑surgical, drug‑free treatments. I’ve had a great experience and really appreciate their approach.
Excellent care
Last year I started going to the Headache and Pain Center for my chronic headaches. Through to March, 2026, I had 4 corticosteroid injections and 2 ablation surgeries in my neck. After the first series was unsuccessful in alleviating the headaches, Dr. Ponder and Mimi were able to better pinpoint the areas which needed more targeting. I was doubtful initially that I could be helped. But now I am a true believer. The team there led by Dr. Ponder and Mimi are the absolute best. They genuinely care about all of their patients.
