Charli is the best loctican hands down! The timing, the atmosphere and wait of service were phenomenal oh and her customer service is amazing. Me and my boys will definitely be back as a family

This was my second appointment on 12/7/23 with stylist Trayon and the experience was AWESOME! Trayon is very professional and she shows she care for her clients. Trayon made me feel as though she has been doing my hair for years. Being one of her newer clients this is the way a person should feel. Hats off to Trayon and the owner of NTRL Braid Lock &Twist!!

Stylish Trayon was everything she listened to what I wanted and delivered. She also didn't over book, when I arrived 30Mins early she was finishing up a client. Because she took me she made sure her spot was cleaning and inviting for me. The shop is amazing, great atmosphere, very clean and they keep the clients entertained with music or movies while services are been received. Hats off to stylist and the owners

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. CONSULTATION REQUIRED FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS. If a wash and condition service is not scheduled, hair should be FREE OF OIL OR GREASE. $25 consultation fee is required for first time appointments. $25 fee in the case of cancellations with less than eight (8) hours notice and/or no shows. CASH is the preferred payment method in store. All service duration times are ESTIMATES. Please plan accordingly. Please list your desired hair color and any other special requests in the 'notes' section when booking. Available colors include 1, 1B, 2, 4, 613 and 900. If you desire a color other than what we have in stock, you will need to provide your own hair. We do not provide human hair or loc extensions. Thank you for your business!
