Nan Riffe is the property manager of Highland Condominiums that encourages and takes part in predatory towing practices. I called to discuss the towing of my car from the visitor parking area in front of the gate of highland condominiums and she couldn’t be bothered. I let her know that if she did have no parking signs posted, they were no longer legible and offered to send her evidence. She refused to speak to me. She did however, have time to contact the towing company. Lazy and unprofessional.

I wanted to give Ms. Nan a personal thank you and appreciation for preparing me for this Notary Exam 2020 (for the 4th time). Even though we are going through this COVID-19 pandemic, she made herself available for her students throughout this time. After the classroom setting ended and test date changed from June, she offered us review classes to refresh our minds in August to prepare for the updated test dates. She is very knowledgeable about Notary Law and is an awesome hand-on teacher. She doesn't just read the book to you. Kudos to you Ms. Nan, truly appreciate all that you did for me during this journey
