About Nina's Nails

I always try to give this place a second chance but every time I go I have the WORST customer service. Recently I asked for French tip acrylics. I get treated horribly for asking the French tip to be shorter, and then the nail artists continues to say “ what do you think they just brushed it on “. SO RUDE. $80 btw
I wanted to say that this is one of the best nail salons in the Gonzales area that I have been to. The service is great. They have a bunch of customers but they do you right every time, I have been going here for years and so has my grandma and my and her nails always come out best here as well as our feet and my lashes. They have great prices as well. They do their job in a timely manner and it is always good. Nina is also very sweet. Thank y’all for doing such a wonderful job as always. I definitely wouldn’t go back! The atmosphere is not good at all the workers walk around with an attitude except the man with the gun on his side… too much going on there plainly.The actually work of my pedicure and manicure was done well, but I just don’t pay for well I pay for treatment. When I payed I didn’t leave a tip and I love paying for a person’s time to show them RESPECT … the tip is GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. the young girl that worked on me… I had to wait until she was ready to get off social media to start my second set of services.It just showed a lack of respect FOR ME AND MY TIME… my money and I will not return
