Michael was great! He was very professional and kind. I even had several questions because part of my house doesn't cool like it should and he took the time and gave me several options that were available. He was great!

Technician took an abundance of time to explain his recommendation of why he wanted to replace a part ( a copacitor I believe ---sorry if I did not spell it correctly). WE were comfortable with replacing the part. Could not be happier !!! Glenn Thorning
