Very thorough & work diligently. I have never had to wait more then 5 min when walking in. I've been to multiple nail salons & the quality at Elegant Touch has beat all others as far as chipping or breaking.
I absolutely have always had a great experience here everytime I go. It is very clean & staff is so sweet and fun/relatable to talk to. They are the only nail salon I go to now because they do such a good job & my nails last a long time!
I had a great experience. I asked for a mani/pedi and they sat me down for the pedicure first. They asked if they could work on my nails while getting my pedicure but I asked them if I could just wait till my pedicure was over. They didn’t pressure me at all to do the services at the same time. I strongly dislike when a salon does the mani/pedi at the same time. It’s not relaxing at all! I was able to enjoy my “me” time that I was finally able to get! The lady who did my mani/pedi did a great job and talked to me during my manicure and seemed interested in the conversation.
