HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE!!! We have a company of our own & needed some door panels that we didn’t have the equipment to make ourselves so we called Bert at their door shop. The FIRST time we ordered some wood and it was cut to the wrong size (our mistake) so we went back and placed a SECOND order. This time we were promised thate we would have everything in a 2 week time frame, which we told our customer. We called a day or two after it hit the 2 week mark to see what was going on and COULD NOT get Bert to call us back. Another week and many calls later and we FINALLY a got in touch with him. He said he had been out sick (for 3 weeks I guess) and that he would have them by next week. Now keep in mind he runs this shop (not very well obviously) and has several guys working for him that do all the work and could have had it done with or without him there just as they continued to work on other orders I’m sure while he was out. This put us in a MAJOR bind with our customer which whom was promised the doors we were building 2 weeks prior. Not only did it make us look unprofessional but most importantly it kept them waiting for something they needed and depended on us to deliver on time. We ended up having some issues with one of the doors and had to once again deal with them hoping it was truly just a backup issue with him being out (for 3 weeks??!). Once again we were told 2 weeks and we told our very agitated customer, explaining the situation. 3-1/2 weeks later we were told it would be the next day and then the next and then the next. Still haven’t gotten the material and we are a month out. Our customer is passed agitated and we are now not only losing the $3,000 we are owed plus being out of all of the money we put into this and paid the door shop but also our reputation has been tarnished. A reputation we have upheld for years as a dependable, professional service. If you need someone dependable on a timely manner you may want to consider a different company. I’ll NEVER use them again.

I recommend Acadian Custom Cabinets because I love the way they treat my small jobs with as much attention as they would do a big job. They are very quick to respond and fabulous communicators in general thanks to being a well run business with caring, detail-oriented, employees.
