The gentleman actually took our needs as seriously as we did from the start. He clearly explained everything that we can do and what he was going to do. He was very polite and discreet in front of customers. I really hope that he's going to stay are permanent guy.

We DID get a 5-star service from JA-ROY Pest Control!! We told our technician that insects have not been a big problem recently, but RATS have been a problem. We didn’t think JA-ROY would deal with rats, but our technician left us with 2 big rat traps (better than the one we had tried) AND some sticky rat paper. By the next morning we had caught a whole family of rats on the sticky sheet!!! Amazing.

The Ja-Roy-Covington representative arrived timely and conducted the annual termite inspection and prevention procedure in a courteous and competent manner.
