Shelly is great! She came up with a solution for my problem hair and has worked with it since I moved to Franklinton. She always makes time for me, both scheduled and unscheduled. She took extra time for my granddaughter ‘s first haircut which looked great. I always feel welcome at Shelly's with her children and mother.
