They are so rude my son has been there for hours now and as you know no one can go in with some one if they are a adult so my si. Is 27 and I haven’t anything h for hours now and he went I. Because he was having trouble breathing so I’m thinking maybe his phone is died or something else is wrong because when he went in I’m sure he couldn’t give them any family history or numbers so I call to see if he is still there and if he is ok and what I hear next is the rustiest young lady I’ve ever talk to she tells me that the ER isn’t going to be able to help me with anything and that she can’t even tell me if he is still there wow so I understand what all is going... read full review

I’d like to send my sincere thanks and apprection to the Riverland Medical Center ER Staff who cared for my family member recently. The concern and care you provided to her is beyond words! I can’t begin to express how professional, caring and committed you were to making sure that she had everything needed during this crazy time of COVID. Riverland, over the years has received less than stellar reviews of which I’m aware of. However, I can say personally that the times my family has gone there for care, it has far exceeded our experience at other facilities in the area.
