One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten! I got a 30 min deep massage to work out some knots in my back. Kat is friendly and professional and gets to know her clients and their needs. I will definitely be back regularly to see her.

I can't believe it's taken me so long to write this review . I went in to see Kat for some back pain and she was exactly what I needed. We talked for a long time before starting so she knew exactly what was going on and what to work on. I felt so comfortable and so cared for. Unfortunately I don't live in New Orleans but I'll be coming to see her every time I return!

Kat is one of the best massage therapists in the city, and I should know. Not only have I been a massage therapist for 17 years, I also taught massage therapy.She listens to your concerns and issues and addresses them. She is very professional and will go that extra mile to bring you the relief you need. She is MY go to therapist when I need bodywork. She is also one of the very few massage therapists I personally recommend to others.

The purpose of massage therapy is to lower stress levels, ease pain, increase circulation, reduce muscle congestion, assist lymphatic drainage and help the body and mind restore balance and peace.
