Steven and Mario are the owners, they answer their phones and show up to the job site. I'm not sure what happened in the review below, but we had a great experience.
We had 3 levels of heart of pine flooring installed in our gut renovation (about 4400 sq feet). Any issues we encountered with the flooring install and finish were rectified personally by Steven and Mario. Their guys were AMAZING with leveling out my wonky advantech sub flooring install (by a previous contractor- not by classic). They were recommended by my contractor and we could not be happier with our floors in our home. We would (and have) hire them again for any flooring project in the New Orleans...read full review
