Charlene was excellent in helping me procure a new loan today. She informed me at the end of our visit that she had only been here about a month. The way she worked and explained and executed her skills flawlessly I would have never known she was new if she didn’t tell me. I hope to see her here in the future as she made my visit today wonderful!
Great customer service and friendly employees. I don't care for unsolicited calls, but I had a pleasant experience with Tower. Wasn't interested in a loan, and mentioned so to Taylor, one of the representatives, who politely explained their policy and she agreed to check in at a much later date. In the age of the robo call, it's hard to get some companies to respect a lack of interest. However, Tower Loan has a local staff that is accessible and offers friendly customer service from real individuals who are available to address all of your needs.
