Kevin goes far beyond anyone else in any business. My A/C went out on my brand new house he replaced the coil then the replacement went out. he dealt with my A/C company for the warranty issues. He kept my house cool while we waited for the replacement. I just left my house unlocked. I trust him completely.

I am beyond satisfied with Polar Tech. I went on vacation and came back to find my very outdated a/c system had failed. I contacted Polar Tech to quote me a complete Central air and heat replacement. Kevin, the owner showed up the same day and supplied me with an estimate that was $5,000 cheaper than his competitor. Kevin’s very respectful staff showed up swiftly with all the brand new equipment and installed everything in one day and then also took the time to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend this company for any A/C or heating needs. I will repeat, Polar tech was $5,000 cheaper on their estimate of the same equipment vs the other estimates I received!!

This is the only AC company I will use now. Charlie talked me through a simple fix instead of coming to the house and hitting me with a trip charge. It's hard to find people you trust not to rip you off!
