My wife went in for a wax, the initial lady that waxed my wife did an okay job but did miss some. My wife and I were standing outside as I was noticing some spots she missed. A different lady came outside with the nicest attitude asking if everything was okay, she did notice the missing spots and with a nice attitude asked my wife back in and fixed her. “Ms.Kim” made the visit a great one.
