My wife went in for a wax, the initial lady that waxed my wife did an okay job but did miss some. My wife and I were standing outside as I was noticing some spots she missed. A different lady came outside with the nicest attitude asking if everything was okay, she did notice the missing spots and with a nice attitude asked my wife back in and fixed her. “Ms.Kim” made the visit a great one.

I recently moved from Texas back to Louisiana… I was worried I would not be able to find the best nail salon but I have… VIP nails in Juban Crossing is fantastic!!! I just adore Kim… she does an amazing job… the whole staff is absolutely friendly welcoming and professional!!! It’s a very beautiful and very clean salon!! I highly recommend this nail salon to everyone!!!

Requested style: I showed them a picture on how I wanted my nails and they actually did exactly how I wanted it! Can’t say that about most places.
