Dr. Wax is exceptional, paying attention to details and listening to patient concerns, which helps ease anxiety. The facility is clean and modern, and appointments are handled efficiently with short wait times. The Eye Center is also great with children, making it an excellent choice for families. They offer glasses for every budget and have a great selection that accommodates various insurance plans, ensuring quality eye care for everyone.
Dr. Wax has done great job. He is very thorough and I feel like I do not have to worry about my eye health as he has taken all precautions necessary for my eye health.
The staff is very friendly and extremely patient. They have a great selection of frames as well. Highly reccomend!

Overall the experience was very pleasant. The lady who checked me in failed to introduce herself. No name tag, so no way to identify her. For a better experience she should have said who she was and perhaps her position so I would feel more comfortable with her interaction. She was pleasant just missed on the part to “make your client feel completely at ease”. However, that fail would not keep me from recommending this business as I felt very comfortable with Dr Wax.
