January 3rd 2025 I closed on my new house because of this service. I started last year with a 510 score and my wife was around 550. Chris helped us get a few bad accounts removed, but the guidance played a major role. He even helped us understand how much we may be approved for and educated us on things we could do to help improve our scores throughout this process. For those reading, understand this is not a overnight fix. It takes time to work on what we took years to mess up. They can not fix everything you messed up, but can for sure improve your situation. We are both over 680 as of today!
