The service was a 5 star. Very fast and the tech was very easy to talk to. Once i stated my problem he knew exactly what to do. However i missed the phone call from him and went to call him back and the front office answered. The lady who answered was so rude i was taken aback buy it. 5/5 on the tech 0/5 on the lady who answers phones
