Mr John came to our home to access our dryer that was not functioning properly. He investigated and initially found that we had a faulty timer. He ordered the timer, returned and discovered that it was not the timer but a damaged relay or something to that effect. He fixed the problem and proceeded to inform us that the price of repair would be significantly less than previously quoted.
