I went in to see Shannon and have my thin hair dyed and have a topper matched to it. She did a wonderful job. Also got a wig which she cut and shaped for me. I am so pleased. Great job and very friendly. Shannon, I will be coming back to see you.

Brooklyn is amazing! She’s great with color. I hadn’t cut or colored my hair in ten years after having my first baby. She gave me my confidence back! She’s so sweet and professional and definitely knows what she’s doing with going blonder/lighter. I will never go anywhere else.🙌🏻🤩🤯

I have been going to Chase since he opened his salon. He has done my hair for several years. I have never been dissatisfied. He has a new stylist,Shannon Edmonds, She is awesome! Chase was busy so I decided to try Shannon. Again not disappointed! What a great experience! If you want the latest greatest hair care be sure to try Haus of Hair, you won’t be disappointed.

I went in for a perm. It was obvious that the person doing my hair had absolutely no experience with perms. She seemed scared to comb my hair and the rollers kept falling out. I was skeptical but she was nice and the rest of the team there seemed to be checking on her frequently asking her if she needed anything. I should have gotten up at that point and left, but I thought these are professionals, they will not let anything bad happen to my hair. Right? Wrong! The chemical solution dripped into my face & burned my skin all around my forehead and eyes. When I asked for cotton, I was told they don't use that anymore. Another hair dresser asked me if my face was burning and I said yes but nothing was done to even try to remedy this. My hair did not get cut or styled because after 3.5 hours I had had enough. To add insult to injury, I was charged an astronomical amount for the horrid condition my hair was left in. You would think that if you are going to charge someone $175 for a perm then it would have been done by someone who knew what they were doing AND completed the job. I have since had to spend yet even more money to have more than 3 inches cut off from the severe damage that was done and seek medical treatment for the chemical burns to my face. I would NOT recommend this establishment for the simple fact that the owner KNEW that the hairdresser was messing up my hair and absolutely did nothing. He also knew that my face was burning, knew I was unhappy and could obviously see that my hair was damaged, soaking wet, and uncut when I left. No discount or apologies were even offered. I should have refused to pay but I was so terribly upset I just paid and left. I hope reading this review saves someone else's hair because I sure didn't save mine.Service: Perm
