This morning was the 2nd time I've used Cooks. Both times the same two young men came. Please don't judge the book by its cover. Both of these guys were very polite and knew what they were doing. One of them is covered in tattoos but was a very polite and professional. I recommend these 2 hard working guys. I hope the owner of Cooks let these guys know about my comment.

The service technician that came was on time, kind, professional and did the job quickly and accurately. He cleaned up the work area and I was very pleased with my service. Thank you.
